To obtain modules 1 through 3, you can either purchase copies from Econoprint or download them by clicking the links below. Module 4 is only available through the web at this time.

The modules and accompanying image sets are saved in a format called PDF, so to view them you will need Adobe Acrobat ™ Reader. Adobe Acrobat ™ Reader is a free software program that enables you view and print these PDF pages. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat ™ Reader, click here to download a copy.

When you initiate the downloading of an activity, a dialog box with four options usually appears. Choose "Save File" and give the file a name you will recognize. Also, indicate the folder in which you want to store the file by clicking on the black triangles to the right of the top box. The name in the top box represents the folder in which the file will be saved.

When you want to view what you've downloaded, open Adobe Acrobat ™ Reader and select "open" under the "File" menu. If you don't see the file name in the first menu that appears (and you probably won't), move through the menus by clicking on the black triangles to the right of the top box. The name in the top box represents the folder you can CURRENTLY access. Navigate to the folder containing the file you want to view. When you see the file's name, double click on it.

Each module has an accompanying image set, so for each module that you order or download, you also need to order or download the accompanying image set. If you buy the image sets from Econoprint for "The Great Martian Floods" module or the "Grand Canyon of Mars" module, they will be 11x17 inch images and maps. When you download these image sets, they will print as 8.5x11 inch maps and images. The larger maps and images will be sharper, clearer, and easier for students to use. So, you may want to order image sets for your classroom. In class, one image set per two students works well.
